Will I receive a proof?
If this is your first order with us, we will be in touch via email with a printed proof within 5-10 business days of when the order was placed.

Our current production timeline is 3 weeks. We always strive to get orders out ASAP... but there are times when the workload overwhelms our small team!
If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us when your order is placed and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order.
- UPS Next Day Air: Next business day by 10:30 a.m.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2nd business day by end of day
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3rd business day by end of day
- UPS Ground: One to five business days
- Orders sent to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS
We will email you or text you a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
How do I clean my hat?
We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a mild detergent to keep it looking fresh. If you’d like to maintain or restore the look of your leather patch, we suggest using a leather cleaner. We offer two options: Leather Milk No. 1, which conditions and nourishes the leather, and Leather Milk No. 2, which cleans and removes dirt and buildup.
We don't offer returns on custom hats, but we will work with customers to resolve any issues they have with the product they receive. We strive to make every item we ship to be exactly how the customer wants/expects it!
Yes. Select “Ground” as the shipping method and we’ll send your order via USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery using this shipping option.
We ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military bases. Please allow up to 10 additional days for shipping to these locations.

Generally 75.00 to design and create a custom logo that will work on our custom hats.
Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately we are not able to truly whole sale at this time. We do offer size-able discounts based upon quantities.
