Will I receive a proof?

If this is your first order with us, we will be in touch via email with a printed proof within 5-10 business days of when the order was placed.

Can I get a discount if I purchase a large quantity?

Absolutely! We work with single orders and all the way up to Fortune 500 Companies. We aren’t scared to tackle any number that you are looking at, please call Customer Service at 940-228-1555 for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

Our current production timeline is 3 weeks. We always strive to get orders out ASAP... but there are times when the workload overwhelms our small team!

If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us when your order is placed and we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order.

What are my shipping options?

  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day by 10:30 a.m.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2nd business day by end of day
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3rd business day by end of day
  • UPS Ground: One to five business days
  • Orders sent to a P.O. Box will be sent via USPS

How do I track my order?

We will email you or text you a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

How do I clean my hat?

We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a mild detergent to keep it looking fresh. If you’d like to maintain or restore the look of your leather patch, we suggest using a leather cleaner. We offer two options: Leather Milk No. 1, which conditions and nourishes the leather, and Leather Milk No. 2, which cleans and removes dirt and buildup.

What is your return policy?

We don't offer returns on custom hats, but we will work with customers to resolve any issues they have with the product they receive. We strive to make every item we ship to be exactly how the customer wants/expects it!

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. Select “Ground” as the shipping method and we’ll send your order via USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery using this shipping option.

How do I place an international order?

We ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military bases. Please allow up to 10 additional days for shipping to these locations.

How much does a CUSTOM logo cost?

Generally 75.00 to design and create a custom logo that will work on our custom hats.

Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately we are not able to truly whole sale at this time. We do offer size-able discounts based upon quantities.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Do you accept phone orders?

Yes! We would love to help you with your order, call Customer Service at 940-228-1555 to place a phone order. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm CST.

Do the hats come with any branding from your company?

Yes, all hats produced by Weston Ryder feature a small, discreet leather branding tag as part of our standard production process.

How do I get an order direct billed or use a purchase order?

Please call Customer Service at 940-228-1555 for information on direct billing and purchase orders.

How can I get a price quote for budgeting and creating a purchase order?

Call Customer Service at 940-228-1555 and ask to speak to a sales representative, they’ll be able to assist you with a quote.

How do I use my tax exemption ID?

What if I’m not happy with my order, can I return it?

We know, it happens… and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please call Customer Service at 940-228-1555 to discuss our return policies. Be sure to have your order number handy when you call.

Holiday Ordering Deadline

Our holiday order deadline was November 14th. We are 4 weeks out on all orders that are currently being placed with our 30% off promotion. These orders will be delivered in late December/ January, and holiday delivery is not guaranteed at this time.
